Very close to a lovely area with great restaurants and bars. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet despite being on a busy main road. The hotel had a good vibe about it.

Beautiful, peaceful located in lovely valley in the lee of historic church. Very comfortable air conditioned pod with crisp white bed linen and plentiful hot water. Breakfast served above the pool in shaded arbor was divine. Cold cuts and cheese, herbal teas, freshly squeezed juices, mimosa yoghurt, pastries, crusty fresh bread, home made jams, fresh coffee, succulent strawberries we were in heaven, AND our dogs were welcome. Loved it.

Manuel and Maria are very generous hosts. They have beautifully renovated centuries old buildings for their hospitality business. Our room was beautiful, decorated with authentic Portuguese furniture and soft furnishings. There is also a very comfortable sitting room for guests to share. The location, while seeming remote and peaceful is a stone's throw from superb restaurants in Braganca. Breakfast was delicious with home made jams and local produce. Our hosts even went the extra mile to provide an early breakfast for us on our day of departure. Manuel also shared his local knowledge and made great suggestions for a long, memorable day out.
