Everything fine. Friendly staff, the location is great and the beds was very comfortable. The lobby is lovely decorated for Christmas time we got a got feeling entering it. I would recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel is very well maintained, very clean, smells nice and overall 10 out of 10. But what made our stay exceptional.....was the staff, they were so polite, happy people. And most of all was Yu at reception, she was amazing , for helping me to make my wife's surprise birthday even more special. Big thank you to Yu. Hotel management should be very proud of your staff. They make it the 10 out of 10.

Welcoming homely feel made by the host who couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Rooms feel like new everything was so clean and all were quality facilities. Breakfast was fresh and tasty products cooked and served quickly by the host.Very secure property especially for parking and if you have children. Could not of dreamed to stay at such a wonderful place and I will surely return many times again. Rooms for long stay with kitchen facilities are more than you could ask for.

Our room at Civilize Hotel was a good size, very clean and excellent value for money. There were plenty of options for breakfast and it was tasty food. The hotel is set back from the street so it's very quiet.
