At the property, there is an on-site family-friendly restaurant serving dinner and a selection of vegetarian options. We stayed in a spacious apartment with a breathtaking view of the lake. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Although the furniture was a bit old, the place was charming and cozy. The small kitchen had everything we needed – plates, cups, cutlery, a pot, stove, and more. The breakfast was more than amazing – rich, varied, and delicious. We especially loved making waffles – they were so good! Highly recommended!

The spacious suites are all air-conditioned and individually furnished with modern artworks. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine and kettle, and a private bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Some suites feature a kitchen. We liked everything:)! Location was great for us, because we came with bicycles and we didn’t use the car in the city at all. On that note, the underground garage on the property is excellent! The apartment was very pleasent, had everything you need on a short stay, a big plus is a nice balcony for a morning coffe:). Special joy is definetely the staff, very nice, helpfull and overall very simpatic:). We would gladly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay with them again while in Graz:)

Amazing owner Vladimir responded to our request even when kitchen was closed we had a late tasty dinner🫶🏻 as we were hungry after a long trip. Awesome view and quality of Alps air. Overall we had a feeling visiting family members whom we never met before.
