Considering we had to check in, we had no choice.

The air-conditioned bed and breakfast consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathrobes. Towels and bed linen are featured in the bed and breakfast. The property has an outdoor dining area. Kooringa was a beautiful comfortable cottage with a lovely host called Arlene. There was absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable with electric blankets plus a split system in the bedroom as well as the loungeroom so we were toasty warm. The shower was also great, roomy, spotless and with little extras including a shower cap, electric heater, hair dryer etc Arlene also provided cereal, bread, butter, condiments, milk and juice for a nice breakfast and the bread was so nice we had 4 pieces each. There were so many extras including local information, magazines and books to read and when we had a shower there were comfy robes to put on. The entire home was spotless and the gardens were also lovely and it would have been nice to have had more time to sit and relax. We will definitely stay again next time we are travelling through Burra.

Quiet location but still close to Watervale, which has a wonderfull restaurant at the Watervale hotel. Each morning a freshly baked loaf of bread to start the day.

The property offers bike hire and features a garden and outdoor fireplace. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. It was very private. The host lent us a cutting board and some paper plates/ napkins to use at our picnic. The foods left for breakfast ( bacon, eggs, bread, butter, jam, cereal, milk) were very welcome! The coffee was great! Thank you Lots of local information was available.

Wifi fast and efficient. Very comfortable all round. Good spot from which to explore the Clare Valley. Host friendly but unobtrusive.
