When I booked a room at the Lodge, I was planning to check-in and then spend the day at the hot springs nearby but the volcano and lake view at the location was so stunningly beautiful that I could find no reason to leave. Our room was large and lovely with an incredible lake view, the hosts hospitable, the breakfast perfect. We only had soup and drinks in the evening but I imagine that the food is fantastic as everything else. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is good set in beautiful well kept grounds with designated walks. There's also a lot of indoor space to chill out in, as well as plenty of indoor options for rainy days (pool, table tennis, bowling, table football, escape room). Exactly what we needed post international travel and busy cities.

Natalie gave us a warm welcome, had lit the fire, and was able to assist us in giving directions to the lake and the best time to go to the hot springs. The bungalows in Termas Aguas Calientes feature a kitchenette, private bathroom, heating, and satellite TV. The cabins are amazing, perfect for us and our two kids. Great property for the toddlers to run around, puddles to jump in, beautiful hikes right outside, wonderful indoor heated pool. We plan to come back again next year!
