The appartement was newly renovated and super-equiped; there was everything from can-oppener to washing machine ... everything was spotlessly clean. It is roomy, light, and we enjoyed the terrace at the front with seaview. Shops are within walking distance and you are between two beautifull beaches. But the best were our hosts: generous, helpful, humorous and a delight to stay with.

To Barracudamaio βρίσκεται σε Morro, σε Maio, και προσφέρει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi και δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. I absolutely adored everything about Barracudamaio. Mona and Christophe have worked so hard to create a beautiful space for an exceptional travel experience. It's very close to a secluded beach where you can relax and have some alone time, as well as see the incredible turtles (with Christophe as your guide). I was taught upon arrival how to take a 'bulea' (free ride) with the locals, so very easy (and safe for solo female travellers) to catch a lift to the next town. The accommodation is exceptional in itself and is well thought out with sustainability in mind and furnished beautifully. They both shared their story over delicious dinners (thank you, Mona) about their journey in building Barracudamaio, and I think it's such a beautiful way to live and to help travellers understand the integrity behind creating a sustainable and welcoming space like theirs. Mona and Christophe are such wonderful people with a lot of life experience, and I am so glad to have had the chance to meet them on my travels. Oh and I love their two dogs, Lulu and Irmã. I am returning for my second stay next week - looking forward to seeing them all again! :)

Το Villa Maris Ecolodge βρίσκεται σε Morro και είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στη θάλασσα. Προσφέρει εστιατόριο, υπηρεσία δωματίου, μπαρ, κήπο, εξωτερική πισίνα που λειτουργεί όλο τον χρόνο και βεράντα. A very silient and calm place. Claudio provides relyable and very helpful tips and helps in organizing trips that are not overrated. The staff ( Lizi) is very friendly and prepares perfect menues (breakfast and dinner)

Το Atlantic Maio Hotel, το οποίο βρίσκεται στη Vila do Maio και απέχει 500μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Biche Rocha, διαθέτει βεράντα και μπαρ. The hotel is well located, the staff is super nice, the breakfast is good and the rooms are super clean. It was super good holidays and we had a problem to buy the ferry tickets but the receptionist bought it for us, sent them by mail. Without him we couldn't come to Maio and would have a lost the hotel so you can trust them and just relax during your stay. They also have a restaurant and the food is good. The view from the rooftop is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet so it's relaxing.
