The staff was very kind, even when we arrived late at night, the property is newly renovated, the beds, furniture, bathroom, shower and everything looks like new or renovated, there's a great painting at the entry, really beautiful and related to Ecuador. The breakfast was nice, filling and made with fresh food, the location was perfect to arrive or leave by bus, in front is the main road to Quito and a few blocks from there there's the main bus terminal with buses going to almost anywhere in Ecuador, the city centre is at a walkable distance, we went to the artisans market on Saturday, great experience, overall, very recommended place to stay. Great value for the money

Secure parking for our motos inside the hotel with an easy access (room for a few cars, too, but in one line). Very good value, price lowest in town. Room comfortable. Could use dining area for PC. Location two blocks from tourist area, so quiet, no qualms walking area. Wifi ok. And a simple breakfast included.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hostal is walking distance from the main plaza and other attractions. Very peaceful atmosphere and beautiful small garden. We planned to stay here 2 nights but extended to stay two more nights.

Amazing service and view.. Wonderful staff. Nice breakfast. Morning hike and evening bonfire were great activities. The hotel is quite away up a long hill so you would need a taxi into town. Great indoor pool and sauna. Perfect for a romantic and / or relaxing getaway.

We had a perfect time in Otavalo and espacially in the Hotel El geranio. Jannet and her Family were very friendly and helpful planing Tours from Otavalo. The personel was very helpful. They have provided me na incredible studio equipped with a king size bed and a hydromassage tube. The garden is large and beautiful. There od also a nice area with a swimming pool, there. The wi-fi is strony and it works seamlesly in the entire object. I was also impressed with the breakfast.
