The staff was so helpful and nice. The shuttle service was very useful. Rooms are new and modern. There are hiking trails starting directly from the parking lot, which is great if you want to hike around the area.We would definitely stay here again.

Kleinschalig hotel, mooi gerenoveerd waarbij art deco stijl behouden gebleven is. Zelfs bij ons korte verblijf van 3 nachten voelde het personeel al persoonlijk aan. Zeer schoon. Mooi zwembad. Fantastische locatie om met trein of met de auto de toeristische plekken in de buurt te bezoeken. Maar ook het plaatsje Chiavari zelf verraste ons bijzonder, zeker het centrum op vrijdagochtend tijdens de markt, welke vanuit het hotel makkelijk aan te lopen is!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is truly incredible. The staff were extremely welcoming and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights is the convenient shuttle bus that runs every hour, taking you down from the mountain and back up again – such a great service and a big plus for this place. The hotel itself is fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment. The only small thing – and it’s not really a minus – is that it would be amazing if the hotel had a swimming pool. With such stunning views, relaxing in a pool would be the ultimate experience. Overall, the hotel is amazing, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. They promptly brought a plate for her, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel truly understands the importance of guest satisfaction and pet-friendly amenities, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.
