The property is 700 metres from the city centre and 600 metres from Museo Del Novecento. When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

Buffet and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, fresh pastries and pancakes are available. At the bed and breakfast, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and cocktails and specialises in Italian cuisine. We had just a quick stop over at this hotel on our trip across northern Italy. The rooms were small, but clean. The staff were responsive and accommodated our late check-in. The breakfast was better than expected. We would recommend this place or stay here again ourselves. Grazie Glicine!

The self-service laundry room was a huge bonus, especially in the summertime. All the staff (I don't remember their names) but every one of them was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was really extremely helpful and friendly with a very good restaurant attached. Location in the old part of the city couldn’t have been better.

Great view of the fields from room and very quiet stay. Very clean, parking available and was fine even though our rental car was very large. Staff also recommended a fabulous local restaurant
