It is not gated, but it's a nice a quiet neighborhood so at no point was I concerned for our motorcycles. They didn't charge us for doing laundry. Everything you need - be it restaurants, grocery stores or maybe even a gym - is within easy walking distance.

Free American breakfast is included. Beautiful, colonial architecture, great location and welcoming staff. Good WiFi, hot showers and comfortable beds. A very special place.

The air-conditioned rooms come with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. A beautiful hotel for a stay in delightful Durango. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. We had a window that opened (something important for me) that looked out to a beautiful garden with flowers and green grass. The bathroom had lots of counter space and a shower with plenty of hot water. Fluffy towels changed everyday. Spotlessly clean hotel. Staff were amazing and efficient. The outdoor pool is heated and was wonderfully relaxing. Plenty of parking. Note that the entrance is on Blvd. Francisco Villa, not where google maps shows it to be.
