It’s worth noting that the hotel sits directly above a popular restaurant. On weekend nights the lively atmosphere downstairs can mean a bit of noise drifting up to the rooms. That said, I never found it unbearable, and the upside is you’re only a flight of stairs away from a tasty dinner or an easy breakfast the next morning. Overall, I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly place with great access to The Hague and the bonus of on-site dining—just be prepared for a little weekend buzz.

Waninda our host was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble - the room was beautifully appointed, we had dinner at a local restaurant on the lake and the local village was so charmingly picturesque. The breakfast in the morning was amazing - highly recommend!

Upon arrival, we were welcomed into a lovely boutique hotel full of character and fascinating history. The cosy rooms offered great comfort, and the warm hospitality of the host family made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
