The property is non-smoking and is set 400 metres from Kaka Point Beach. Extremely clean. Kitchen was fully stocked (pots, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, other utensils, and a full range of appliances and cleaning supplies). Heater worked well. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Bathroom was great. And the views of the ocean from both the living room and the main bedroom were nothing short of stupendous.

Jenny arranged an alternative accomodation for us because of a technical problem with our originally booked accomodation. This was absolutely great, instead of cancelling finding a perfect alternative for us. Also got excellent recommendations for places to see.

They all include private entrances and off-street parking. perfekt place to explore the Catlins around Kaka Point / Nugget Point! Very clean and modern. The beach is only a few meters away. Comfy bed. Easy check-in. The view from the terrace is amazing.

The kitchen had everything including a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge . Very clean. Beds comfortable . Lovely get away for our wedding anniversary
