I recently stayed at Aqueduct 1359 Hotel Apartments with my family, and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home—thanks to the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the property. We especially loved the quad biking through the tea plantations—a thrilling and scenic experience for all of us. The orchard tour was peaceful and refreshing, and the bonfire evenings were a cozy highlight that brought everyone together. It felt like more than just a hotel—it was a place where memories were made. The location on the quieter side of Kampala was perfect for a family trip. It gave us the space to relax while still being close enough to the city for anything we needed. A special thank you to the amazing staff: Tonny at the front desk was always kind, helpful, and welcoming, and Grace and Agnes, the housekeepers, took such good care of us. Their warm and professional service really stood out and made our stay extra comfortable. The apartments themselves were clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped—ideal for families.

It is managed carefully by Sherry who is responsive to any questions and needs. I recommend it to others! Also it is on a guarded compound with a high gate. So security is good.
