Everything around the property is taken well care of, and the pool area is nicer and bigger in reality than what I expected from photos. The room is very spacious (opposite of claustrophobic) with plenty of furniture to assist your needs at the stay. Windows and doors offer various configurations to let your preferred amount of light, wind, sound and mosquitos in. Air conditioning was fine, but not the most efficient kind. The breakfast could do with more varieties of egg preps because there was only boiled, but over all the quality of food was excellent and I was able to reach my macro nutrients goals.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really liked the pig farm, which is right next to the accommodation. Satisfied piggies ♡. We were also very satisfied with the location of the Italian countryside in a pleasant walking and cycling distance from the center of Alberese. We really appreciated the free rental of bicycles in the accommodation. With those it was possible to reach the beach in about 30 minutes. Tip: In addition to the Maremma Park, we also recommend a trip to the Tarot Garden by the artist Niki de Saint Phalle and on the way to stop at the beaches with dark sand in the Capalbio area (approx. 40 minutes by car).

The accommodation was great. The room was very big. It looked like a studio flat. Very quiet, perfect to have a relaxed sleeping. Staff were very gentle. The owner also run a restaurant, just next to the property. Food is amazing, especially fish.

Beautiful, clean apartment with kitchen, quiet and easy to reach. Good connection to the beaches in Fonteblanda (about 6 km away) using the narrow, but flat road. Friendly service and very helpful host (Elisa). Summarizing: certainly it was the place you would like to return some day for your holidays in Tuscany.

A wonderful place with polite people and lots of animals. We didn't spend enough time there, but we liked it very much. The room is not large, but has everything you need (comfortable bed, large bathroom, air conditioning). The facility itself is very large. Pool, fields, loungers, benches, everything you want. Breakfasts are very good, both salty and sweet. It's really worth eating dinner! They are cooked every day from start to finish by the hosts' mother. One of the best Italian cuisine I have ever eaten. Dinner is served by the owner in a wonderful and professional way. It consists of three courses, a dessert and everything is served with appropriate wine. And all this by candlelight in a wonderful garden in the company of smiling people. The house is located in a quiet area but close to the expressway, so it is very easy to get everywhere you want to visit. We also definitely recommend purchasing olive oil and wines of their own production!
