New and spacious appartment, self check in, clear instructions, good breakfast included. We even had coffee with oat milk. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, matress on the harder side, exactly as we like it.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was well equiped, nice looking. Spacious with air conditioning, the bathroom was well lit and clean, the breakfest was very good and enough. We could use the pool, too.

Very nice and tidy rooms with soul. We only stayed one night, but would love to come back. The breakfast is excellent, the lady at the reception is very friendly. You can rent bikes for free. A bike ride to Grado is highly recommended. The drive is short and offers wonderful views and nature. Thanks for everything ☺️

The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast is Italian with croissant, butter, jam, fruits and yogurt. It can be reached by car or bike, since it is a bit secluded. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.

Had the best time staying at this cozy Tiny House! It’s tucked away just enough for total peace and quiet, and the views were unreal – with a beautiful lagoon on one side and canals where horses and birds wander on the other. Laura’s hospitality made everything feel even more welcoming. Such a relaxing and unique escape – highly recommend!

This accommodation was wonderful! Large bathrooms, comfy beds, cute outdoor seating area, and horses outside! It is one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very cozy and so close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again! There were free water bottles, a coffee maker, small shower packets for body soap -- these are just little details, but it made me feel like the hosts went above and beyond. It was the perfect place to start our road trip to Slovenia. Grazie mille!
