I like the hotel's restaurant. It has a nice rustic feel and a respectable selection of food and drink. The hotel's location is also good. It's on a quiet residential street and the city's outdoor public swimming pool is right next door so you can go for a swim when the weather is nice. The reception/lobby is quite nice and you can buy a bottle of locally produced wine to try.

The people are very welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as great as possible. Lots of local information, access to buses and bicycles is easy. We really enjoyed our break from the mainstream and connecting with rural Czech Republic.

spacious room in an excellent location overlooking a major square with a farmers market. Good restaurants and places of interest within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

The location! It has a free parking space, cafeteria and a restaurant, all in the same building. Being inside the castle area made the stay so comfortable! We did a short break now and then in the room. In front of the hotel, there is a cute wine shop where you can buy local wines and also taste them outside. We went to a small restaurant which was made out of the old farmer‘s house (5 min walk from the hotel) and the food & the atmosphere were perfect!

This accommodation made us feel the atmosphere of rural life în the Czech Republic. We felt very good with the locals who are kind. You must taste the local beer...

Very Nice place, in a rural area

Breakfast was superb - everything that one could want. The bedroom / balcony and the en suit sitting room were excellent. They beds were very comfortable and the whole suit was well designed in a clean rustic style - which was reflected throughout the hotel. The bathroom and shower were very modern. The staff - from the reception to the waitress - could not have done more to makes our visit a pleasurable experience. To cap it all, I did not have to use my Czech phrase book- they both spoke very good English!

We had to walk a long way to find food. But we did find a really good farm Type restaurant with a live band and great views overlooking Brno.

It's a nice, clean, modern comfortable guest house. It does the trick if you want to stay in a clean place in Mikulov. But not and "special, authentic and rustic" place as the picture would suggest.
