The host was incredibly kind, and the farm tour was full of rich and fascinating details. The property is quiet, warm, and comfortable, with excellent bathroom, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen facilities — everything I needed was right there. It’s also very convenient for visiting the Tekapo area. Earlier that evening, the farm was covered in soft, lingering clouds — beautiful in its own way — so I considered skipping my night photography plan. But the host shared very helpful local insight: the Tekapo region often enjoys much clearer skies than this area. I decided to go anyway, and ended up capturing what might be my best photos from the entire trip. I’m truly grateful for that advice. I would gladly stay here again!
