The staff was very welcome with great communication before and during the stay. The room was as in the pictures, with a good view and well equipped. The neighborhood is adorable and great to explore by walking. You have restaurants, playgrounds, stores, and nature in a short distance.

We felt so relaxed staying at Casas da Levada. The pool was cold so we loved jumping in after warm hikes. The hobbit house bar is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and overall you feel so immersed in nature.

This place was so beautiful and serene. We had the best time. Spacious apartment with everything you need. The owner was so helpful with everything we could possibly want for our time here. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our week at Porto Santo. I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay there again. The breakfast was also really good and was delivered at our porch at the time that suited us, newly baked bread, different freshly made juices every day, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cakes and all the good things. The kids was excited to see what was on the tray every morning. Thank you for being such an amazing host ✨🙏🏼✨

The perfect villa for any budding explorer looking to enjoy the natural beauty that Madeira’s landscape has to offer, or fire safety enthusiast looking for the gold standard in both prevention and cover (should the silent assassin come knocking). Where should we start? Correct extinguishers; clearly labelled, easily accessible, all within close proximity of the hazard identified. Fire escapes clear from obstruction and surprise surprise, correctly signposted. Please also note the independently powered lighting in this escape route, a touch that didn’t go un noticed. Manual alarm points, correctly installed and labelled no more than 1.4m from the ground and fully serviceable (we checked). Fire blankets conveniently stored next to cooking hazards and what’s more, with English instructions. At no point during our stay did we feel our safety was being compromised by lousy fire safety protocols or unserviceable equipment. We slept soundly, knowing everything had been done to protect us.. because we all know… fire doesn’t sleep.

Quinta Terezinha is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a base to discover the island. The host Laura was so friendly and was really useful in providing information for the shops, restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation itself was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The farmhouse was lovely with comfy beds, a great shower and really clean. We didn't really make the most of the outdoor areas, but there are hammocks, a barbeque and sun loungers all with amazing views. As others have mentioned, you will likely become the owner of a couple of cats for your stay which we loved. On arrival, Laura had prepared a welcome hamper with some local exotic fruits, ground coffee and a bottle of Madeira Wine which was a lovely touch. If you run out or want any more fresh produce from the farm then the instructions are to just help yourself. What an amazing stay - just wish we could have stayed longer.
