we arrived at 22:00 on bicycles, fully wet and dirty. the host was waiting for us with the restaurant kitchen fully functional, dryers, warmed up heaters and "what else do you need" approach. I am thankful for that. Even when I asked if I can borrow the owner's private shoes (which would be my only dry thing for a moment), there was no problem. What else may I say. Thank you a thousand times :)

The kindness of the host and his mom made us feel welcome at the very first arrival. Urban is very helpfull, welcomes you back after your daytrip and gives tips where to go. There are 6 rooms in the farmhouse wich gives you the feeling of being part of a family. The attic is filled with toys and games so the children could enjoy themselves on a rainy day. The garden has nice seats with a very pleasant view on all sides. Dinners are served on a long table so every evening is an opportunity to talk to the other guests... Our daughter needed some special diet as she is allergic to gluten. This wasn't a problem. Breakfast for her was exactly the same as for us: glutenfree pancakes, glutenfree bread, glutenfree pastries. Also dinner was made especially for her and they tried to give her the same type of food as we got. She really loved it and we loved to see her enjoy her food. When we left after 5 days, we were a bit emotional. We left a peace of our hearts with Urban and his family. We highly recommend you to stay a few nights at Urbans place.
