It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.

Wonderful stay at Venice Hotel Complex I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding. The location is also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. I’ll definitely come back again!

The amenities are top-notch, relaxing spa, and pristine swimming pool area. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with delicious dishes served at the on-site restaurant, each meal a culinary delight. Area was outstanding, everything was within walking distance, in addition on-site undergoing parking was provided which we reserved before. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service, stunning aesthetics, and outstanding amenities at National Hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations, making for a memorable and delightful stay.
