Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our room was quiet and peaceful and all of the staff were very accomodating. Alexandre Dimitrijovic at the breckfast buffet was particularly kind and professional and Dimitris at the Rote Bar helped make our evening dinner very special. A very well specified and thought out room in a truly luxurious hotel , well deserving of its 5 star rating. The breakfast was more than adequate with smoked salmon , superb omelettes , freshly baked breads and excellent coffee. We have already booked to come again later in the year.

This hotel need urgently complete renovation last was done 30 years ago...dirty wals , dirty bathroom,old windows dirty windows, no mini bar in room.... This hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars maximum 4 !!! to expensive for this money you can get luxury hotel in Wien town center...all is extra charging parking cost 30 eur per day !!!! I'm very very disapointed on this hotel and next time in Wien I definately take other hotel !

Overall, everything went well, but the one thing we do not understand is why this hotel is rated five stars. This is not up to 5 star standards in any case. The reception, the breakfast area, the rooms, the hallways, the food, all were pleasant, but not 5-stars.
