We stayed in the Deluxe Suite - King, which was luxuriously appointed and impeccably clean, with a wonderful view of the city skyline and setting sun. Together with the warm genuine service from all the staff, and hotel facilities including close proximity to Chadstone shopping centre, this hotel could not be faulted.

I booked the hotel for proximity to the Epworth Hospital and the staff were just above and beyond. Kind, accommodating, flexible and empathetic. My stay here made the stressful situation a lot more relaxing and I really appreciated that.

This new property is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and close to awesome bars, restaurants, Tacobell, Maccas and Eden rise shopping mall. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. David was Very friendly, from booking to departure, responded and cooperated quickly to our requests. The house is furnished and comfortable. In the morning, you can see the ecology of different birds in the park, and in the evening you can see the beautiful sunset. It is a good place for vacation and leisure.

We truly appreciated the host’s warm hospitality and will certainly return. The location is ideal—conveniently close to shops yet peaceful enough to enjoy the sound of birds from the deck. The Blackwood is exceptionally well-designed. We love all the little details with the antiques. The kitchen is fully equipped for making anything from toast to steaks. The couch and bed are incredibly comfortable, and with all the pillows, we found ourselves completely sinking into them. As the rain pouring outside, unwinding with a hot bath and a glass of wine after a hike is made even better by the pleasant surprise of a warm towel and a heated bathroom floor.
