Great location, on water but near town. Huge lovely rooms. Very friendly staff. We did a free walking tour with the lovely Karissa which was great, a lovely and unexpected thing for the hotel to provide.

We spent two nights in this beautiful property - the history just adds to the charm. The views of the harbour and Mt. Wellington in the distance are just the perfect sights to wake up to. The staff is exceptional. A special mention of Tim and Monica who made sure our tour bookings were the best options that worked for us and answered any and all questions we had about beautiful Hobart. The rooms themselves are well-appointed, quirky, comfortable, and just easy to relax in. We needed to keep our bags at the property after checkout for many hours as we had tours planned and the hotel did not hesitate to accommodate us.

Room was lovely, with a separate area with an electric kettle, small frig, sink and espresso machine. Also dishes, knives/forks/spoons, and both wine and water glasses. Lovely view of the garden. Best of all, it is VERY QUIET.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from and included in the price. We made good use of the heated indoor pool. The location is very peaceful with water views. The room was very comfortable with good quality toiletries, linen and towels.

This studio has everything that one could wish for and more. The view is stunning, it is very well equipped, there’s plenty of food included, Coralie & Costa are really nice hosts, lots of suggestions for restaurant and activities, 30 min from the airport.. what else would one need? My mom and I were ecstatic about our stay, and would recommend it without any hesitation!
