We stayed in the Deluxe Suite - King, which was luxuriously appointed and impeccably clean, with a wonderful view of the city skyline and setting sun. Together with the warm genuine service from all the staff, and hotel facilities including close proximity to Chadstone shopping centre, this hotel could not be faulted.

Our room was notably spacious, providing us with ample space to unwind and relax after our daily adventures in Melbourne. The elegant design and comfortable furnishings further contributed to a serene and homely atmosphere that truly set the stage for a memorable stay. We were particularly impressed by the excellence of the room service, which consistently delivered super services.
