Beautiful hotel, interior and design with notes of the country's history, tradition and culture of Belgium. We didn't have time to visit the museums, this hotel gave us enough information about the country. Very responsive staff and we were helped both at check-in and check-out. Room was clean and tidy, pretty spacious. The hotel is located right in the city center which is very convenient. Has a compact underground parking lot for customers. The breakfast was good, with reach variety of choice for a meal. The bar however is quite limited for a cocktails choice in the evening but you always could negotiate ;) Very polite personnel on reception, gyms, and free snacks add even more bonuses for the stay.

This luxurious 5-star hotel is 50 metres from the Avenue Louise shopping area and features a peaceful garden courtyard and grapevine shaded terrace.

We have been in this hotel before. We knew the quality of the hotel, amenities and staff. This trip was also great, we had a very good staying and the staff was more than helpful. Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.
