United StatesVery kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.
