Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were able to answer our many questions and assist wherever possible (organising Zhangjiajie entrance tickets, ordering food delivery, booking airport transfers). Room was clean, spacious and the hotel had everything we needed. Located away from the main town but close to one of the less frequented scenic areas.

Amazing mountain view, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was welcoming and kind, and helped us to plan and book our entire itinerary throughout the Zhangjiajie parks. The restaurant food was good too - the local dishes were to our taste (the hotel was able to customise them to our preferences, i.e. less spice). We had a great experience staying here.

Tucked just 300 meters from the South Gate of the National Forest Park, the location is unbeatable—we could reach the park entrance in a leisurely 5-minute stroll. Waking up to mist-shrouded quartzite peaks from our private balcony felt like living in a painting. The hosts went above and beyond: they prepared herbal foot baths after long hiking days, customized a vegetarian breakfast with local wild vegetable dumplings, and even arranged a private bilingual guide who revealed hidden viewpoints ahead of tourist crowds. The room seamlessly blended traditional Tusheng architecture with modern comforts (think heated floors and rainfall showers). What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. Wah, the location is super convenient, just walk to the forest park. The staff are really friendly, help us book tickets and plan route, no need to worry about anything. The pool is shiok after a whole day of walking, and the room very clean and comfy with nice view. Breakfast also not bad, got local options. Highly recommend for those who want a hassle-free trip. Definitely worth it!

Heh, just got back from our stay and WOW, these folks really know how to make you feel welcomed, eh? Right after booking, they reached out super politely to confirm everything and even offered a smooth airport pickup (nice black SUV, on time and comfy!), which set a fantastic tone. The level of genuine care here is something else. We loved how the whole staff, especially our dedicated butler team, went above and beyond. They weren't just 'fixing things'; they were actively helpful and friendly, chatted with us about what we fancied doing (hikes, shows, tours), sorted out all our tickets, and booked exactly the rides we needed, hassle-free. It felt seamless and personal, not fussy or over-the-top, which we really appreciated. But seriously, the pool area? Gorgeous! Huge, sparkling clean, and surrounded by stunning mountain views – honestly felt like a hidden gem right here in Zhangjiajie! Perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. You gotta see it! Breakfast was spot on too – great variety, fresh, and plenty of Timmy's-style coffee fixings (a real plus for us Canucks!). All in all, just a top-notch, genuinely friendly, and incredibly relaxing stay. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Felt like a true "home away from home" with some serious pampering when we wanted it. Major kudos to the entire team for getting it so right. Will definitely be back!
