The view around this resort is hard to beat. Just mesmerizing nature and mountains all around the resort especially from the "infinity" pool. Serene location and lovely staff. I enjoyed this hotel the most in China. Just make sure to bring a 360 camera. You will understand when you get there :)

We‘ve got everything what we needed. If you stay here you don’t need a guide, Lilly and her team is arranging tickets and rides to the park as well as from and to the airport for you.

Everything was exceptional. I’ve never felt so cared for at a hotel and I travel quite a bit. From arrangements made to visit parks, to an unbelievably good breakfast and dinner! Try the duck, it’s fantastic.

The private villas are ideal for families – no shared spaces, very peaceful. Loved the free access to the 5-star hotel pool with golf cart transfers! Staff helped us book tickets and plan day trips effortlessly. Great location between all the major parks. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and a perfect location. The property is situated right next to the entrance of the Zhangjiajie park, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by breathtaking mountains. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.
