Location is central and 25mins from the airport.
We arrived early after a long and troublesome journey and before 3pm.
Reception lady Lesly quickly organised for us to have early access to our room which was brilliant.
Room was clean, bed super-comfortable, bathroom / shower perfect. Air-con just right.
Breakfast was superb.
Outdoor pool is heated which made it comfortable to use up to the 6.30pm closing time.

Amazing hotel in the best area of Bucaramanga. Very nice rooftop pool and very spacious, quite luxurious rooms (12th floor).

-The customer service was excellent.
-Outstanding staff. Very helpful and professional from the reception to the bellboy.
-Convenient location.
-The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious foods.
-Reasonable prices.
-Good room service. Nice foods as well.
-Beautiful city view from the room and the terrace.
-The swimming pool, the spa, the sauna... all very pleasant and well maintained.
-The bed was comfortable.
