Amazing views, very big rooms with whirlpool bathtub, incredible hot spring pools and super fast slide. Our 8yo loved the game room, darts, pool table, and had fun with Esteban and Gustavo! We loved Club Rio, feeding the wildcats and river tubing. The staff is lovely.

Amazing hotel! We recommend to everyone. All the staff without exception: the cleaners, the reception, the drivers, the waiters and more, were simply amazing. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They gave us champagne and other honeymoon treats. the room had all we needed and it was super clean.

My 3rd stay at this excellent little gem of a hotel. Room was immaculate and pool very beautiful. The grounds are so beautiful and the garden is amazing. Everything fantastic. Had a wonderful lunch at Saffron Indian Restaurant of lamb vindaloo. The food was to die for. The hotel is so centrally located to restaurants and art galleries. I highly recommend this place. Awesome value for the money.

Beds were comfortable. The view to the volcano was amazing from the small deck overlooking the room. The Baldi Springs and hot tubs were amazing. The meal at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
