The location is unrivalled and the hotel feels chic but chilled. Our room was really spacious with nice touches including luxury brand toiletries. The breakfast offer was really expansive and delicious. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The location was amazing, right at the center of the city close to all the tourist areas. Our check-in experience was excellent, staff showed us around, explained everything and gave us all we needed. The views from the breakfast area were amazing, especially at night. Everything was perfect from day one. The receptionist allowed us to check in early. The hotel was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean, comfortable, and lovely. The breakfast was amazing with delicious food, and the staff were all friendly and polite. For transport, I used the MVV app, and there’s a train and an electric bus right beside the hotel. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

The location is excellent for sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Drinks and snacks at Trader Vics are excellent. The buffet breakfast had everything one could expect, with friendly servers.
