Firstly, the food was fabulous - freshly cooked, very tasty and excellent variety from one day to the next. Everything else - the room; the staff etc were fantastic as well. I tipped as I wanted to and never felt like I had to like some places make you feel. Reception (Mohamed, Rahim, Sherif) were very helpful and friendly for general information and booking taxis; storing luggage etc. It was December/January so the pool was cold but who wants a pool when the beach is so nice? Three extremely nice reefs to snorkel for free with very easy access from the beach. Also very easy for beginners. I honestly loved it!! Top tip - if you snorkel between 7am and 8am you might have the entire reef to yourself....and the turtles of course...pure magic :-)

This is my second stay at Concord Moreen and certainly will not be the last one, everything exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious with an astonishing view, the beach was amazing, for relaxing and snorkeling, The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help, especially Mr.Saad I highly recommend Concord Moreen

Amazing experience!!! Friendly and helpful, exceptional service - they will help with any request. You feel like a very wanted guest. Food is 10/10 each time, great variety of options. Everything in the hotel is brand new and shining. Beach is super clean and nice. Peaceful, quiet place, nice tennis courts, great cocktails. Feels like the best place in Egypt! I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.
