The overall experience was fantastic from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. We also loved the breakfast menu it had lots of varieties. The room was great, the location perfect, and housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything spotless. In general, the hotel staff were attentive and professional in their service. I particularly like to mention Jasmine at the reception and Nader at breakfast. It was the first time that a hotel had brought a basket of fruit to the room in the evening. The hotel is well located in a shopping centre and offers an excellent breakfast with a variety of food. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. For me, it was an excellent choice.
