The location was excellent as it is in the middle of everything and we didn’t use any transportation other than our feet. The staff were helpful and lovely esp Mr Julien at the concierge . The rooms are cosy and has a beautiful decorative design. But the bed was unfortunately not comfortable The balcony with the rouge flowers was charming

I cannot fault this hotel in any way. It is FABULOUS. Lovely, warm, friendly staff. Unbeatable location, in the middle of old Strasbourg. We had a gorgeous room, wheelchair accessible, with the lovely wheelchair accessible bathroom, the most important thing for me, as a wheelchair user. Now, it is in the area of the city that is paved with cobblestones, so it can be a bit rough on the wheelchair, but that's not the fault of the hotel. I've already recommended this to my two brothers, who will be travelling with their wives or families in due course. This place is GORGEOUS.

Staff were amazingly helpful, friendly, professional. We were given 2 adjacent rooms to maximize the comfort of our family. We would like to especially mention the concierge and Miriam at the reception desk. They were awesome!

Everything was nice! The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. The view to the property was gorgeous. Hosts were welcoming. The complementary apple juice was a nice touch. Kitchen was fully equipped.
