A great location with parking only a couple of minutes away. A really lovely room with a superb bathroom. I thought that all the front of house staff were efficient and welcoming! I definitely would stay here again!!

What a beautiful hotel. So close to everything and Tracy couldn't of been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, cosy and relaxing. I will definitely be back to Chester and will be staying here again!

It was really well placed in Chester, very central with great connections to main sites, and very helpful owners with good communication. The apartment was very well set up, clean and cosy. Felt very safe as a single traveller. Would definitely stay again!

Oh where do I begin this was the most amazing place to stay. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The hotel is stunning and in a stunning location. The room wow wow wow, bed was comfy and the room was huge the bathroom was fitted with all modern fittings and features, this is our favourite place we’ve stayed in the UK. We had dinner in the restaurant OMG it was the best meal we’ve had in England. Breakfast was also so so good. The staff were all amazing and friendly. I would book to stay here if I was in this area again one million per cent.
