The owner is very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. I went out for dinner in the centre of Lytham St Annes which is a 3 minutes walk. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Nice quiet wooded location but easy walking distance to the entertainment centre if you wanted to use it. A lovely caravan with a large veranda/balcony for when we have good weather. All amenities/facilities you would require are there. Even televisions in the bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen.

We celebrated our 2 year wedding annivsrsary here and it was lovely and welcoming. The manager was very friendly and showed us to our room for the night. The bar is beautiful and well looked after.
