This was the most amazing experience, the concierge were just ultra professional and friendly after we’d had a stressful journey. Loved the Christmas decorations (it saved me getting the ones were had brought out of the car). The milk and goodies were also a nice touch. On a very cold and frosty afternoon in the dark it was great to walk into a warm welcoming house. The Wifi was also good (there isn't much of a phone signal in the valley there).
