Loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service from start to finish. Even providing a beautiful spread to welcome us for our honeymoon, upgraded our room, and put out a cake for my husbands birthday! The food was also incredible and location can’t be better. the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

The setting is beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable - the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in BBC any hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ability to split time between see and really cool pool was great. Overall while this wasn’t the highest luxury (we wouldn’t have wanted that) it was luxurious and special.

A totally amazing and fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the location was breathtaking, and the services and facilities were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We had a waterfall suite, arrived on Saturday and didn't leave the room until Wednesday - because we were just enjoying the private pool, the room service food was delicious, and housekeeping catered to our lazy few days.
