From the moment arriving the resort, it was clear that this hotel truly deserves its 5 star rating. We were wary welcomed with welcoming drinks, given an overview of the hotel and thereafter driven to our room. Our room was exactly as pictured on the website. We stayed in the junior suite and had direct access to one of the pools at the hotel. We would like to thank Ben ( from Senegal) who took care of our room during our stay. The quality of the linen and the towels were really good and also replaced frequently. We spent our days at the pool outside our room, which was conveniently located at the Rodini Bar. We would like to thank Kostis who prepared delicious cocktails all week long. We also loved enjoying lunch at the pool — the ceasar salad, greek salad, angus burger and Rosé wine is a winning combo. The soft music that they play at the pool also creates a nice ambience. Buffet Restaurant: They had a great selection for breakfast and dinner. I really liked that they serve Greek food for the most part and is not trying to cater for the Americans. Breakfast Stories at Masari: Would like to thank Konstansa for the excellent service during breakfast. She went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The morning I had breakfast here, there was even a Cellist playing background music. The menu itself is good, but considering that is designed by a Michelin Chef I was expecting a little bit more. Kavos Restaurant: We went there for dinner and although the setting is beautiful and the staff were very friendly, we were a bit disappointed in the food. We ordered the lamb chops and Calamari. The menu design itself is good, but was unfortunately not well executed. The desert wine that they served us was delicious. Fourni Restaurant: We really enjoyed our dinner at Fourni. It has the same great setting as Kavos. The service felt a bit elevated compared to Kavos. We had the NZ Lamb Chops and the Rib Eye - both were really nice.

The hotel is gorgeous, we loved the design of it! The staff is very friendly and nice, very patient with the kids running around :) The room with a sea view is beautiful, it had all we needed as a family of 3. It was properly cleaned and fresh towels, as well as mini bar drinks, were always provided. The food in the main restaurant is really good, we liked the variety of it. There is really a plenty of choice. However, I missed the freshly squeezed juices and easily operated coffee machines (those Nespresso machines are way too complicated for a hotel of this size). The beach is nice, appropriate for the small kids as well. The adults only part is gorgeous - and those sun beds are super comfortable and cosy. The bar/restaurant at the beach was really great - a falafel wrap was my favorite. Yummy! We also loved the ice coffee :) We made the reservations for the A la Carte restaurants as soon as we checked in so we didn't have any issue getting a spot. Renting a car in the hotel was easy peasy and the guy was very friendly. I was afraid because of the bed reviews and almost canceled our trip, but I'm so glad I didn't :) We would definable recommend this hotel and would be glad to be back soon.

The main highlight for the resort is their facilities. The rooms are comfy with amazing views. The pools were wonderful. The main restaurant food is better than other all-inclusive restaurants we have been. The resort was quiet and tranquille most of the time. Overall very good experience.

    Very beautiful boutique hotel with kids club. Extremely clean, very nice facilities, easy access to the sea, lots of swimming pools. Very welcoming staff, with special mention to rosy at the restaurant and Ivan, the monitor who put more than 5 stars in our kid’s eyes, all week long. We definitely recommend this hotel to every family that want to create great memories in an all in resort. Thank you Helea hotel!

    The facilities at the Eden Roc are superb, the staff are very friendly and go that extra mile to help. The dining experience is truly wonderful and you are spoilt for choice, we particularly like the utilisation of the App to book your restaurants, which made it easy for us to decide on what nights for which restaurant and food choice. The quality of the food was second to none and on one particular night we felt we were having a Michelin starred experience with the meal we had chosen. Just delicious and a taste sensation.

    Amazing hotel really clean modern. Felt quite and not overly busy even though the hotel was full. We had a room with sharing pool which was really nice and meant you could have a lounger outside your room. Food was amazing lots of choices and really well managed and kept very clean, shout out to our breakfast waitress Kostanca who was so friendly and professional and quick to get us our coffees in a morning. We Requested to be in the same block as friends we were travelling with this was sorted for our arrival. 5 stars all the way
