United KingdomEverything, from the location to the staff and the breakfast. We are staying second year in the hotel and really enjoyed the outside pool. It has been cleaned every day. The maids are coming every day to do our beds and tidy the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and the service in the restaurant and around the pool made us feel very homie. The beach is nice and quiet too. Very close to the city center. The food in the restaurant is perfect. Thank you so much to all the staff who looked after us during our stay we definitely will come again next year.

I definitely liked parking availability, seaview from the room, apparently recently remodeled bathrooms in the room as well. Breakfast was okay - not a 5 star variety but smth different every morning.

Personnel is very professional, extremely helpful and always smiley! The location offers a view beyond perfection! The spa center is super clean, relaxing and the facilities are new with a chic aesthetic. Our suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable with high quality mattress and linen offering perfect sleep! Best part? The breakfast, honest quality products with homemade feeling! Congrats to the team and the management! Keep up the good work ✌🏻

Location is great. When we expressed our dissapointment regarding the as said 5 stars category and the room, we were offered with a junior suite. It was good but not what we expected from a 5 stars hotel.
