Exceptional service and facilities, wonderful resort

Our stay at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was absolutely magical. This hotel is magnificent, with an absolutely incredible view. The staff are adorable, warm, and always attentive, which made us feel so welcome. (a special mention to Dita, who was really adorable and took cate of us when we arrived.) Everything is spotless – the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are both spacious and extremely comfortable. A very special thank you to the whole team for their kindness and quick reaction when my sister had a little incident with sea urchins. They immediately took care of her and even offered complimentary massages as a generous gesture. ❤️ The restaurant Cliff is outstanding, serving delicious and varied dishes that we enjoyed. The massages were also amazing – such a perfect way to relax and unwind And the breakfast served as a buffet was absolutely complete. All in all, this hotel is the perfect place for an unforgettable experience, and I can recommend it 1000%! ✨
