The Orient is one of the nicest places I'll ever stay. Everything from the staff, to the pool areas, to the rooms, were incredible. A special thank you to Reza for his hospitality. The pool areas were beautiful and it was such a peaceful way to start my trip in Indonesia. The attention to detail was incredible and I will be sure to visit the Orient on my next trip to Jakarta. The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.
