I had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location was perfect as well, just a short and pleasant walk from the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. One of the highlights for me was the food — it was absolutely exceptional. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. The cleanliness of the property was also impressive; everything was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The property itself was beautiful — tastefully designed, serene, and inviting. It had such a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even more enjoyable. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Extremely serene. Beautiful private space. Very well maintained. Even the linen felt like luxury. It was not the standard hotel linen. The staff was extremely polite and kind. The breakfast was lovely freshly prepared by the chef to meet our needs. Even the fruit was chopped fresh for us. Felt like royalty! The occupancy was low and so they gave us a complimentary upgrade. A lot of cafes and restaurants and shops around so very well located. Wishing 10-15 minutes one had multiple options.

We stayed at over 10 5 star hotels across India and this was by far the best! We really had an amazing time! Staff were fantastic, rooms were great, food was delicious and the pool was just out of this world! The location is perfect as well. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone! What a fantastic hotel. Greatly exceeded our expectations. We struggled to choose accommodation in Goa - there are lots of options at varying price points. We are SO glad we chose the Holiday Inn. The rooms are just excellent, comparable with a 5 star hotel in a capital city. We were upgraded to a pool view room. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms big and the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The pool area is lovely. The gym is well appointed and air conditioned. The location is good - beaches & tourist sites in walking distance, and some lovely restaurants very close by. To top it off, every single staff member is exceptional. So helpful and kind, always a big smile! The staff helped us arrange some activities and were always available. When you consider the price point as well… great value for money. Strongly recommend!!!

Awesome hotel! The staff is outstanding! Everyone is wear a permanet smile! They go above and beyond to make sure you that you comfortable on all levels! The dining staff is very attentive and caring. As a solo traveller most place make you feel less than but this hotel don't care what so ever! The hostess Sohini at dining room derverse to be recoginzed for her excellent people skills. She is rare gem who is passionate about her job. She takes pride inmaking feel right home. The manager Varun was very helpful as well, as I had a small issue with my wifi and it was promtly resolved. As for the front desk Dina, is another rare gem as well. She is ountsnding, her people skills are top notch! She assisted me with my check-in. She was fast very help and purpose driven. She even took the time to see if everything was okay the next day. Very small hiccup, I asked for a bottle of water and was question if there wasn't at the coffee station. I obiviously looked around before asking, its good to double check with the customer: but one needs not to question the customer serval times. Overall the staff makes this "the hotel of choice!"
