ThailandThis luxury hotel is a gem in Bikaner. The staff was friendly and professional, keen to help, nothing is too much for them. Everything was presented with a smile and beautiful gesture.
We had the privilege to experience the royal treatment and being pampered while staying here. I rented a lehenga to take photos in this premise to capture these beautiful memories. The breakfast and meals here are generous and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool, steam room and gym are great to unwind and relax.
I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Bikaner.

If I could rate this hotel an 11 out of 10, I would. It was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home, the hotel was gorgeous, and my room was spacious and luxurious. I was very happy and would highly recommend this hotel to others

Breakfast is very good and comparable to any 5 star hotel in a metropolitan city. Rooms are amongst the best in Bikaner. The ambience at night for the restaurant is very good & relaxing. I like their food!

The building is amazing with a stunning internal courtyard. The swimming pool area is also pleasant given the heat hitting this city. The restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of choices for the breakfast.
Last but not least, the service and attention to guests is outstanding. Really worth of a 5 stars hotel

A beautiful palace.tastefully decorated with all amenities one would expect from a five star palace.
Staff was very attentive and mannered but still fun to talk to.
