We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcom, and check-in process was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed with all luxury toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with options to suit every taste. Convenient access to Forum mall is definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I feel so lucky and greatful that I chose to stay here. I wanted to have the experience of a real heritage place and couldn't have picked a better one. The rooms and the architecture are unique and the whole place is decorated with antiques of exceptional beauty. It feels like a time capsule, like I was hosted at the house of the Maharaja. I really enjoyed the lake view and the restaurant. The breakfast had a variety of tasty Kerala food. My favourite part was the people. Everyone, from the owner and his family, to the concierge and the waiters was so friendly and helpful. They helped me find something I needed with pure pleasure and willingness in no time and took all the stress away while I was relaxing. I overheard the owner talking to the staff, saying "whenever you can be of service, it's good to help". This is the genuine attitude I experienced and the main reason I am looking forward to coming back!

So I had a bit of a nightmare getting into India first as I applied late for my visa (my fault) 🙃 then had delayed flights and arrived super late (2am) I felt so bad but Rish (the manager) was an absolute legend and went out of his way to make sure I not only got to the hostel safe and sound but got my taxi driver to find some food for me before arriving and getting his friend to let me in! He helped me so much along the way with any questions and has been super friendly. The people I’ve met at the hostel have been absolute gems too we all settled in effortlessly and had such a nice time. The hostel is tucked away on a river which is super relaxing and surrounded by nature. It has a real nice vibe about it I would definitely recommend coming to stay here if you’re visiting Kochi :)

This intimate boutique hotel, with only five rooms, boasts spacious and beautifully designed interiors that are both chic and modern. Its location in the heart of Jew Town is ideal for exploring Kochi. Despite being in a tourist area, the commercial nature of the location ensures a tranquil atmosphere from evening until morning, as shops close by 9 PM. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities are well-equipped and meet five-star standards. The staff is incredibly hospitable and attentive, with special thanks to Mr. Renjith for ensuring seamless and high-quality dining and overall experiences. The restaurant serves clean and delicious food, and they are happy to customize portions to accommodate individual preferences, allowing guests to sample a wider variety of dishes. I highly recommend The Postcard Hotel to anyone visiting Kochi who is willing to spend a bit more for a truly comfortable and memorable stay.

Since we had an early morning flight and arrived at the property at 4am while it was all dark, it did have a very spooky feel to it. But we were overjoyed from sunrise onwards and throughout the rest of the stay. Lovely staff and manager Mr. Milton who took care of our every need. It felt like staying at our family home and being spoilt :) The views, the boat ride, the special dance performance, the fresh fish and super yummy preparations were all more than what we expected. It was indeed a very memorable and special experience for my daughter and myself!
