I had booked this place for my parents who were on a pilgrimage to Goa for the exposition of St. Francis Xavier's relics. The wonderful and courteous front office staff of Michelle and Rishi were there to welcome my folks and see them to their room, overlooking a well maintained garden. They also accommodated our request for an early check-in and late check out to match the onward and return flights. Check in was very smooth. The chef and staff Sumeet were there to manage any personalised meal requests, especially as they were elderly. Each meal was prepared with care and love. The hotel guided us on local tourist information and also provided us with a rental car that was clean. My folks really felt at home, and I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and would definitely rebook this property the next time we visit Goa.

Breakfast was good and fresh.. Variety of western and Indian options Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was central to our destinations. Most of the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. F&B staff Vishal and Berbinshi sorry not sure of the spelling.

Superior facilities - incredible service. From the start until I left, the service and care were incredible. Attention to detail, sending fruit to the room, allowing for a late breakfast etc etc. The service mentality and friendliness were absolutely amazing. The property is well kept, spanking clean and beautiful. Excellent breakfast (especially omelettes!) and also really great dinner options. The downstairs "Cadiz" bar is a great place to meet people. All in all, a great place. When in Goa next, I know where to stay!

A heritage property beautifully restored into a boutique hotel with the most caring staff we ever met. Everything is perfect from the food to the bedrooms to the service. Especially the service: check in anytime and even checkout anytime: our plane was at 21:15 PM and we could keep the room until evening. Food was served on request and the staff helped us to rent a scooter and a car without any hotel surcharge. It could not be any better.

Excellent stay in a nice and cozy atmosphere. Staff is very nice, location is also very good right in the heart of Candolim with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is an easy seven minutes walk. The place is highly recommended.
