What did we like? Everything was stupendous! Location, views, hotel itself, staff were fabulous, food, facilities, pools, gardens, room, you name it!
The taxi service from and to Tirano with Roby (as recommended by the super-helpful Chiara at the hotel) was also five star! Thank you Roby, Marco and Antonio!

This place has exceeded our expectations tenfold, truly a 5-star experience. From the check-in process, helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and interiors. The entry to spa (incl on the day of checkout - while it's still closed for outside visitors) was our highlight, as well as the breakfast in the gorgeous ballroom and aperitivo - free drinks and buffet at 5pm.

Typical Italian 5 star you book a palace and you get a cellar! So you have to complain and they make a lot of noise and bla bla you have to pay more ect and the you say ok we call booking and then they gave you almost the appartement you booked.
