Your staff were excellent, when my partner had an unexpected problem just as we were about to leave they accommodated us by allowing us to continue to use the room until well past check out time - we couldn't break the connection to Chicago for fear of not being able to reconnect. Manymany thanks.

Stayed in the Deluxe suite overlooking the garden,super comfy bed,amazing shower all super clean. All staff were very helpful,but a special thank you to Claudia for your help in making it a stay to remember

The most incredible hotel/utopia! Castelfalfi is like it’s own little village with a hotel in the middle, there’s a restaurant a short walk away, a wine bar, shops and pizza shop. In the main hotel there’s a restaurant, spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool, bar, kids club (provide lunch for the kids). It’s truly the most incredible property, there’s a winery and golf course with golf club nearby. The golf club have amazing food and the course itself my husband enjoyed playing! The kids club is a two story building full of interactive toys and staffed with caring educators, there is an outdoor playground where the kids play, you can use the kids club from 10am-7pm. They provided lunch for the girls each day and dinner at our request at 5pm. Our girls loved it. The most incredible service and the staff make this place. Shout out to Benjamin, Bradley, Gemma, Beatrice & Eliza & all the incredible housekeeping staff.

For 12 years I have had the pleasure of visiting Florence several times every year, this is my second stay at Villa Cora and it is still my hotel no. 1 in Florence The Villa Cora residence is the result of the love of a 19th century banker and billionaire - Baron von Oppenheim - co-creator of the Suez Canal - for a woman Location in Florence 10 out of 10, Huge respect for the hotel employees who deserve special respect, Especially for the wonderful ladies and gentlemen of the restaurant, bar, pool staff, cleaning ladies helping with meals or luggage - wonderful, committed, smiling, discreet, attentive people who make every moment better than it could be. This is a very expensive proposition (on average 2,000 EUR per night). The high requirements are justified. The property is outstanding "out of a fairy tale", located in a park, a very close walk from the historic center of Florence, among pines and green cypress trees - completely unique, historic interiors are breathtaking. Crystal clear, luxurious swimming pool, atmospheric live music in the evenings Excellent local wines, including "deserving attention" Franciacorta sparkling wines "some people say" better than Champagne.. Breakfasts at a moderate price, the products are high quality, local, often organic, gluten-free, lactose-free, home-baked goods, fresh juices, beautiful porcelain. Selection - moderately varied, but completely sufficient starting from the Junior Suite rooms - very luxurious, unique, stylish, clean, large from about 40 m2 - especially 100% marble and alabaster bathrooms make a huge impression. Large bed, comfortable mattresses, spotless clean bedding, changed daily, All the time, additional "small pleasures" such as lavender flowers or handmade sweets. Roof terrace (a bit dirty and neglected) - gives you the opportunity to quietly contemplate the beauty of the capital of Tuscany at any time of the day or night.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. Amazing view from the rooftop pool, great rooms and the best restaurant in town. The staff is wonderful!!! Always helpful and smiling. Not because they are trained to, but because they like people at their hotel. During our stay the staff quickly became like family. We had great times with Nadisha by the pool and the restaurant manager was the best host you could ever wish for. To be honest we would come back just for the pleasure of meeting the staff again. I travel over 50 times a year for work, not always with my wife and this was by far the best experience with staff I have ever had… The restaurant features delicious classic Italian dishes in a quiet and nice environment. Again the staff will go out of their way to make it and experience to remember. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Amazing place, it’s not a hotel it’s amazing experiance 🧡 the pool was very warm, sauna is with the panoramic view! Fruits and water is free all day by the pool. Breakfast buffet is like from pinterest 🍓 Everything is new and very nice. All the facilities is high level. The restaurant serving delicious food.
