The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in ... and I have travelled the world! It is in a superb location looking out onto the sea. My room was very comfortable. The staff right through the property were top class in terms of being very friendly, helpful and professional. There is an amazing roof top bar and hang out area with fantastic panoramic views of the entire Viareggio area. The breakfast must be the greatest breakfast in the world, so is the choice of food and options to have what every you want cooked on the spot.

The staff from the pool area to the front desk were so friendly and kind. We arrived tired. We had let them know we had bicycles in advance which they treated as no big deal and organised storing them no trouble. They were so welcoming and very professional. The entire experience was exceptional. The rooms were perfect, the reception and house keeping staff were very helpful, personable and hospitable. Breakfasts and the dining room service were fantastic and food very tasty, with an excellent selection. We never ever felt under pressure to hurry our meals. The pools indoor and outdoor were great and just right. The shops were only a 10 minute walk away and there was free and safe car parking just opposite the hotel for our hired car. We can't recommend the hotel highly enough. Thank you all at Bellavista.
