Everything was simply perfect. The room, including the bathroom were so big and absolutely beautiful. Service was extraordinary, especially when we checked in. Loved the shuttle bus to Kanazawa station that they offered. Very helpful.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in Japan. The room is spacious, super clean and modern. Breakfast is excellent and has a wide range of Japanese and Western food. The hotel's location is very conveniently located. Shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants, train station are all located within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we revisit Kanazawa in the future.

The room is new and spacious. The location is convenient, within walking distance from the main station and fish market. The room is equipped with basic appliances (microwave and toaster) and cooking ware, which was really convenient. Wow!! by far the best accommodation we have booked in Japan. Everything perfect. Staff - polite, helpful, friendly. We felt very welcome. Breakfast was offered but we did not take this option as we had a very early start every day. The room was perfect - spacious, lots of storage options, super clean, functional ... nothing to improve. Great bathroom, shower, the kitchenette was very useful. Comfortable big beds, enough pillows etc. All brand new, clean, wish we had stayed more than 3 nights. The 2 minute walk to the train station and central bus stop to Shirawaka-Go are just added bonus. highly recommended!

I loved this hotel. Very luxury and classy. Helpful and friendly staff. Interior is gorgeous. This is the best breakfast I ate in the whole Japan! Regional local cuisine mixed with European and Chinese such a variety. Beautiful rooms and I loved the onsen. Located very close to the market, garden and Higashi Chaya. Had greeting drinks with gold. We were so satisfied in this hotel.
